Trust & safety

Fair participation requires real controls.

CoinAura combines account rules, event validation, device-abuse signals and support review to protect users, partners and reward inventory.

ID

Account integrity

One person should use one genuine account unless the product rules explicitly allow otherwise. Impersonation and account trading are prohibited.

DV

Device & event checks

Device identifiers, attribution data and event references may be evaluated to detect duplicates, automation and manipulated completions.

RV

Redemption review

Requests can be held when recipient details, account behavior or reward provenance require verification.

Prohibited behavior

Activities that can lead to restriction.

  • Multiple accounts or fabricated identities
  • Bots, scripts, emulators or automation used to simulate activity
  • VPN or location manipulation to access restricted campaigns
  • False survey responses or repeated low-quality submissions
  • Manipulated referrals, postbacks or device identifiers
  • Chargeback, refund or uninstall behavior intended to retain an invalid reward

Review and appeal

Where practical, support may request screenshots, event references, recipient details or other information needed to investigate a disputed activity or redemption.

Security controls are risk-based and do not imply any independent certification. CoinAura does not claim ISO 27001, SOC 2 or PCI DSS certification unless such certification is separately published and current.
