1. Acceptance
These Terms govern access to the CoinAura app, website and related services. By using CoinAura, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Reward Policy and any activity-specific rules shown in the app.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to use the service in your location and meet all age requirements. Some activities or redemption methods may require users to be 18 or older.
You must provide accurate information, protect account access and use only accounts you are authorized to control. Unless expressly permitted, one person may not operate multiple accounts.
3. Nature of the service
CoinAura provides access to reward-enabled surveys, partner-sponsored activities and interactive engagement features. CoinAura is not an employer, investment platform, bank, deposit service, lottery or guaranteed-income product.
Activity inventory, reward values, limits and features can change without guarantee of continuous availability.
4. Activities and third-party terms
Each activity may include requirements from CoinAura or a third-party provider. You are responsible for reviewing and following those requirements. Third-party websites, apps and surveys are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
5. Rewards and validation
Displayed rewards may be estimated, tracked or pending until validation is complete. CoinAura or a provider may reject, withhold or reverse a reward for incomplete requirements, failed attribution, duplicate events, refunds, provider reversals, account violations, fraud signals or other ineligibility.
Rewards are promotional incentives, not cash deposits held on your behalf. They have no value outside the redemption options made available by CoinAura.
6. Redemptions
Minimum thresholds, methods, denominations, recipient requirements, fees and processing times are shown in the app and may vary. Accurate recipient information is required. Requests can be delayed, failed, returned or cancelled due to verification, provider availability, technical issues or policy review.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Multiple accounts, impersonation or fabricated identity information.
- Automation, bots, scripts, emulators or manipulated devices.
- VPN or location manipulation used to bypass eligibility.
- False survey responses, duplicate submissions or tampered attribution.
- Buying, selling or transferring accounts or rewards outside supported methods.
- Interfering with the app, APIs, security controls or third-party systems.
8. Review, suspension and termination
CoinAura may limit, suspend or terminate access; hold redemption; or remove ineligible value when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service. Where appropriate, users may contact support with relevant evidence for review.
9. Intellectual property
CoinAura software, branding, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. CoinAura does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, qualification for activities, a particular reward amount, a specific redemption method or provider acceptance.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CoinAura and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from provider decisions, network failure, unavailable inventory, user error or unauthorized account access. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes
Features and Terms may be updated. Material changes will be published through the app or website. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
